Have you always wanted to go to Spain, but have not gotten there yet? If you are in NYC, you can go and experience Mercado Little Spain! This is a market selling Spanish foodstuffs, and restaurants; located at 10 Hudson Yards in Manhattan. There are 4 separate and distinct restaurants; representing different aspects of Spanish cuisine. I have eaten in two so far, and have had truly good meals!
Some of the food items are produced by José Andrés’ company. Other items like bomba rice is sold for making authentic paella!
I recently bought already made stock for the paella. I am looking forward to making this dish. This seasoned stock should save me lots of time and energy ensuring my paella comes out right! ,
Also in Mercado Little Spain, are several different kiosks, preparing and selling different foods. You can eat tapas, sandwiches, Serano and Iberico ham, manchengo cheese, churros and chocolate, drink Spanish at the wine bar, and of course, eat paella! Some kiosks are sit down, and others are take away. There are tables to sit at to eat.

There are always tons of people hanging out and eating there. The energy is exciting and upbeat! No matter how many times I frequent Mercado Little Spain, I thoroughly enjoy myself! I highly recommend a visit to this fun place!
