I happen to love a good French Onion Soup! There is nothing like eating caramelized onions, good French bread and melted gruyere cheese, and wonderful beef broth. It is a delight!

Palm Springs is the home of many good restaurants. I believe that It is my absolute duty to test out these places to determine where and when to spend my well earned money!

We went to Pommes Frites, a restaurant serving Belgian cuisine! The food was exquisite! We dined on Mussels “a l’Escargot”, with “Beaucoup Garlic bButter and Parsley”, which was pretty terrific! And then……

My favorite part of this meal was when they brought the onion soup! I have never been served onion soup with a scissor, which helped to cut through the wonderful layer of melted cheese…..

And of course, the Pomme Frittes (better known as French Fries) were superb!

Eating at this restaurant was a real treat! I felt like I was in Europe……..
